celebrated my brother's 21st birthday at Jack's Place today.



its been a while since we've gone out to eat together.



ate escargo(erm..its farm snail) , mushroom soup, garlic bread, steak.



the meal was THE BEST!



i fasted for 7 hours before the meal , skipping lunch just so that i could finish this meal.



..



today was a day filled with muscle ache.



i have no idea why my muscle is aching but it just is.



and its not just the normal pain alittle kind.



IT WAS TERRIBLE!



i cant even walk properly.



its so pain that i cant straighten my legs..i have to limp =(
